Initial consultation - £140.00
1. An Initial Consultation (1 hour), and your bespoke Nutrition and Wellness Plan, which will be sent to you by email, and discussed with you during a further appointment (20 minutes) approximately a week later.
N.B. Once an Initial Consultation is booked, a detailed e-form Health & Nutrition Questionnaire and Food Diary will be sent to you for completion online, in advance of the appointment.
Follow up consultation - £80.00
A follow up consultation (45 mins) is recommended approx. 6-8 weeks after the initial consultation where we will review your progress and modify your plan as required. Thereafter, follow ups can be undertaken as required.
Please note:
1. Consultations take place online over zoom.
2. Once an Initial Consultation is booked, a detailed e-form Health & Nutrition Questionnaire and Food Diary will be sent to you for completion online, in advance of the appointment.
3. Supplements and testing are not included in the consultation prices.
4. Supplements will be available to you at discounted prices.
5. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes of appointment, to avoid cancellation fees.
